The project &#8220;Digital Innovation for Financial Sustainability and Strategic Development&#8221; aims to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strengthen the financial sustainability of the organisation: develop a sales analysis tool and a database of potential customers, conduct financial audits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developing public services: organising and improving the quality of distance learning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enhancing the technological competences of staff: seminars and team development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developing communication: creating new communication channels and strengthening the quality of content.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The project is funded by:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large
