Rapid technological advances and changing social issues present challenges, but also opportunities to achieve organisational objectives more effectively. The project “Digital Innovation for Financial Sustainability and Strategic Development” aims to:
- Strengthen the financial sustainability of the organisation: develop a sales analysis tool and a database of potential customers, conduct financial audits.
- Developing public services: organising and improving the quality of distance learning.
- Enhancing the technological competences of staff: seminars and team development.
- Developing communication: creating new communication channels and strengthening the quality of content.
