Project objectives:
- Development of service modules for companies wishing to develop and embed a gender-sensitive organisational culture to meet the requirements of Article 26 of the Labour Code of the Republic of Lithuania – Gender Equality of Employees and Non-Discrimination on Other Grounds.
- Ensuring the dissemination and sustainability of services through the transformation of the LGPC’s image through technological and design solutions: development of an external communication strategy, strengthening the capacity of the organisation’s members in the areas of business advisory and external communication.
