Implementation period: 2026 April – 2026 October
The aim of the project is to educate and inform the public about Lithuania’s foreign policy, its objectives and priorities, the Lithuanian diplomatic service and its role in ensuring state security (under Priority 9.1), with a particular focus on the implementation of the CTS.
Objectives:
- To develop training modules to increase the target group’s understanding of UNSCR 1325 and the content, objectives and implications of the ICC for the advancement of gender equality and the sustainability of democratic processes, and to raise awareness of the contribution of the Lithuanian state to the quality implementation of this agenda. Based on feedback from participants, adjustments to the content of the modules will be made after the pilot training. Based on the developed modules, training on the MTS can be provided to other target groups in the future.
- Develop and deliver pilot training (based on the initial modules).
- Develop information material on the MTS and publicise it on social networks.
The continuity of the project is closely linked to the implementation of UN Resolution 1325 in Lithuania.
The project contributes to the quality of implementation of NAP III. It is closely linked to the preparation cycles of the National Action Plan and is therefore continuous in nature.
