Project activities in 2011:
- CEA carried out brief survey of Vilnius-SPA employees to find out their perception about organization of work and possibilities to reconcile family obligations and work duties.
- CEA completed survey of Vilnius-SPA clients to identify their needs and vision about family-friendly services
- CEA conducted five trainings for Vilnius-SPA employees and employers and disseminated the results of surveys.
